Glanzmann Thrombasthenia (GT) is a congenital platelet disorder characterized by a life-long bleeding tendency, historically considered protective against thrombosis. This report describes a rare case of pulmonary embolism (PE) in a patient with GT, challenging this assumption and highlighting a critical management paradox.
