A 20-year-old man suffered the combined axillary and suprascapular nerve palsies associated with scapulothoracic dissociation by motorcycle accident. The dislocated shoulder girdle was reduced and stabilized with osteosynthesis of the fractured clavicle and reattachment of the trapezius avulsed from the scapular spine for removal of continuous traction force to these damaged nerves. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prevalence and combinations of PCL injuries and their correlations with the mechanism, the occurrence of evident dislocation and associated fracture.

The CT scan has become popular in cases of head injury. In this study 71 cases (M:48; 68.0% and F:23; 32.0%) with traumatic head injury admitted and initially managed conservatively at National Neurosurgical Referral Centre, Bir hospital starting from May 2005 to April 2006.
