Pediatric low-grade gliomas encompass a heterogeneous set of tumors of different histologies. Cerebellar pilocytic astrocytomas occur most frequently followed by supratentorial diffuse fibrillary astrocytomas. INTRODUCTION: Giant condyloma acuminatum or Buschke Lowenstein tumor of the anorectal and perianal regions is an uncommon entity that commonly affects genitalia. These are slow-growing, expansive, cauliflower-like, destructive lesions that could propagate to vulvar and vaginal region, rectum and bladder. Treatment results in 360 patients with vulvar carcinoma during the time period from 1975 to 1994 were evaluated. Out of the whole group radical vulvectomy with bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy was performed in 215 patients.
