The study population consisted of 832 premenarcheal girls. Vaginal cultures are performed on 40 premenarcheal girls suffering from vulvovaginitis. All were less than 7 years old. This patients were seen in primary cares. In 23 cases (57.5%) E. coli was isolated, Enterococcus (30%), mixed flora (10%) and G. vaginalis (2.5%). Common clinical characteristics were pruritus (97.5%), vaginal discharge (67.5%). Dysuria and abdominal pain constituted accompanying symptoms. Only in one case masturbation was observed.

The first objective of IVF is the collection of oocytes and spermatozoa. This article reviews the methods of choice for each sex. Collecting oocytes involves laparoscopic puncture and ultrasonographic puncture via transabdominal/transvesical and periurethral/transvesical, transvaginal methods. Male gametes are collected by masturbation, or by aspirating spermatozoa from the epididymis or from the testicle. Sperm collections can be taken from patients with disorders of ejaculation. A brief review of each approach is presented, with a critical analysis of each method.

BACKGROUND: This report presents a case where electroejaculation (EEJ) was used for semen cryopreservation (SCP), prior to gonadotoxic anti-cancer treatment in a 14-year old boy diagnosed with Hodgkins disease.
METHOD: Two sessions of EEJ were performed with an interval of 48 hours.
RESULTS: No complications were seen and the procedures resulted in nine frozen straws of motile spermatozoa.
CONCLUSION: EEJ is a safe and feasible procedure for SCP in an adolescent cancer patient who is unable to masturbate or use penile vibratory stimulation (PVS).

We present the case of a 21 year old patient with an incomplete tear of the tunica albuginea occurred after violent masturbation. The diagnostic assessment was performed first clinically, then with ultrasound and with 3 Tesla MRI. 3 Tesla MRI, owing to its high resolution, allowed to exactly detect the tear location leading to precise preoperative planning. After adequate diagnosis through imaging and proper planning, we were able to perform a selective minimally invasive surgical approach to repair the lesion.

A survey of the sexual behavior of 89 adults with autism living in group homes in North Carolina found that the majority of individuals were engaging in some form of sexual behavior. Masturbation was the most common sexual behavior. However, person-oriented sexual behaviors with obvious signs of arousal were also present in one third of the sample. The relationship between sexual behavior and demographic variables and other types of behaviors is explored. Information regarding group home sexuality policies and procedures are described.

This paper presents the results of an investigation by personal interviews by the author, concerning different characteristics of sexual behaviour in 156 women during the period in which donor insemination was performed. The questions concerned sexual desire, orgasm, masturbation, libido alterations during the menstrual cycle, libido of wife compared to libido of husband, influence of sex films and sex books on sexual desire. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that donor insemination did not disturb the sexual part of marital life in the interviewed group of women.
