CNS tumor with BCOR internal tandem duplication is a recently proposed malignant tumor. The patient was an 18-month-old boy with torticollis and vomiting due to cerebellar hemispheric mass with extension to cerebellopontine angle and foramen magnum. Histopathologic examination of the tumor showed a moderately cellular tumor with microcystic formation, myxoid change, and atypical rosettes resembling Homer Wright rosettes. Illumina TruSight RNA Pan-Cancer NGS of the tumor genome revealed BCOR gene exon 15 internal tandem duplications.

A method has been devised for the preparation of sheep red blood cells sensitized by covalent morphine binding. The cells were used as a reagent in rosette formation and passive hemagglutination for revealing the immune response in rats and mice immunized with the morphine-BSA conjugate. It has been shown that hyperimmunization of the animals with the antigen mentioned together with the production of antimorphine antibodies, induces the formation of mononuclear spleen cells which bind morphine.

Ther serum concentration of normal adult goat total IgG was established to be 19.97 +/- 1.55 mg/ml, the IgG1 10.92 +/- 0.84 mg/ml and IgG2 9.07 +/- 0.78 mg/ml. A modified procedure is proposed for determination of electrophoretic mobility (EPM) of lymphocytes which enables readings on 200 cells from a sample size of 5 x 106 lymphocytes. In normal human peripheral blood, B lymphocytes (bearing surface immunoglobulin and receptor for activated C3) were found to carry the lowest charge (0.94 +/- 0.05 mu/sec/V/cm). Their number on the EPM basis was 16.9 +/- 4.2%. OBJECTIVE: This article describes our experience with two patients who presented with unusual tumors in the cerebellar vermis and cerebral aqueduct. Although sparing the fourth ventricle proper, both tumors had histological features consistent with the rare diagnosis of a rosette-forming glioneuronal tumor of the fourth ventricle, of which only 19 cases have been reported previously. A review of the clinical features and courses of all 21 cases is presented and management recommendations are given.

Human tonsilla palatina and skin were investigated by means of light microscopical and electron microscopical immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibodies (Mab) against some cytokines.
