The authors report four cases of the rarest form of the congenital fibrosis syndrome. This disorder is exhibited in infancy as unilateral blepharoptosis, strabismus, limited ductions, globe displacement (enophthalmos and blepharoptosis), and decreased vision, usually due to amblyopia.
