This study examines the effects of a hypobaric, hypoxic environment (HHE) on the blood coagulation system in rats. We have studied the presence or absence of thrombophilic markers in 59 patients with congenital bleeding disorders. Theoretically, the coexistence of coagulation factor deficiency and thrombophilia in patients with haemophilia may cause the bleeding tendency to decline.
