A new case of Becker's nevus associated with smooth muscle hamartoma is reported. This is the third case reported in the literature. The different associations reported in the Becker's nevus give support to the mesenchymal-epithelial interactions.

Investigations were carried out in 52 female and 18 male patients, aged between 2 and 49 years, with juvenile melanoma. The tumor occured as a solitary tumor in all cases except one. It was mainly localized on the head (54%), and the extremities, on the trunk in three cases only. In 35% the tumor could be diagnosed clinically. A report on four patients with psoriasis who have developed multiple keratoacanthomas and squamous cell carcinoma at the treatment sites is presented. Two other reports have appeared in the literature which link the development of keratoacanthoma with psoriasis and pustular psoriasis. Although a number of etiologic factors have been suspected for the development of these new growths, this presentation will further assess the specific roles that treatment measures may have played in these cases. Furthermore, the significance of impaired cellular immune defense mechanisms will be discussed.

Seven patients presented with solitary or bilateral renal carcinoma. All 4 patients treated by partial nephrectomy are well and 3 are free of disease (followup of 24 to 32 months). Multiple neurinomas in the cauda equina were found in a 56-year-old patient, who had been suffered from left-sided sciatica for about one and half years. The origins were suspected in right L3 nerve root and left L4 nerve root. Multiple tumours in the cauda equina are not common; therefore, the authors discuss in this paper how rare the case is and about the difficulties of the differential diagnosis between herniated disk and tumour in the cauda equina.

A 72-year-old man presented after a single choroidal mass was incidentally detected on fundus examination of his right eye. The patient has a history of multiple myeloma and neuroendocrine thymoma diagnosed 6 and 10 years before presentation, respectively. Fine-needle aspiration biopsy revealed metastatic choroidal carcinoid tumor. The patient was subsequently treated with brachytherapy (iodine-125).

A 53-year-old man presented with a grade 2 liposarcoma in his left thigh and grade III liposarcomas in the mediastinum and omentum. Later, a grade 2 tumor was discovered in the musculature of his right thigh. In addition to recurrences, he developed lesions that were considered metastatic. A 67-year-old man diagnosed with multiple synchronous malignancies, including follicular lymphoma and lung adenocarcinoma, underwent 1 cycle of chemotherapy with obinutuzumab and bendamustine, followed by lower lobectomy. After surgery, adjuvant therapy with osimertinib was administered. The patient showed no evidence of lymphoma or lung cancer recurrence for over a year after surgery.
