A 32-year old male hairdresser presented with redness and irritation of the left eye for past 15 days. A fragment of hair was found embedded in deep corneal stroma with minimal scarring. No evidence was found of previous or current inflammation incited by this foreign body. OBJECTIVES: Tumors and tumor-like lesions (TLL) of the paratesticular region are rare. Very few studies depicting the spectrum of lesions of this location are available in the literature. Malignant neoplasms arising in the paratesticular region represent only 7.0% of malignant tumors presenting as a scrotal mass. TLL and benign tumors are of great interest, because of their topography they can simulate a neoplasm in the paratesticular structures. We sought to study the incidence, nature, pattern, clinical, immune, and histopathological characteristics of tumors and TLL of the paratestis.

OBJECTIVES: To determine the frequency of hyperintense foci in migraine patients and the relationship with migraine headache characteristics and cardiovascular risk factors.

PURPOSE: The purpose was to compare transepithelial versus epithelium off technique of corneal collagen crosslinking (CXL) in patients of keratoconus.
MATERIALS AND METHOD: Totally, 40 eyes (40 patients) with progressive keratoconus were subjected to transepithelial CXL (20 eyes; Group I), and conventional CXL (20 eyes; Group II). Precise diagnosis is essential because the natural history, treatment, and prognosis vary for different neoplasms. We reviewed 610 cases of sinonasal lesions to understand this entity better.

Dyskeratosis congenita (DC) is a rare, progressive, multi-system, inherited disorder of telomere biology, first described in 1906 as the Zinsser-Engman-Cole syndrome. The condition presents with the classic triad of nail dystrophy, reticulate skin pigmentation, and oral leukoplakia. Variable somatic abnormalities may be present; these include pulmonary, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, cerebral, and dental complications. Pancytopenia eventually develops, progressing to bone marrow failure. In our patient, the progression of DC did not follow the "classic triad" typically seen in the condition.
