Symptoms such as vaginal dryness, burning, pruritus, dyspareunia, urinary tract urgency/frequency and incontinence have a significant impact on the individual's quality of life. The torsion of a nongravid uterus is not of frequent occurence. The leading reasons are a presence of an adnexial formation or leiomyomas.
