Graves' dermopathy, affecting upper as well as lower extremities, is reported in a 50-year-old male patient addicted to multiple narcotic drugs. The narcotic drug administration routes include subcutaneous and intravenous injection in all limbs over a period of 29 years. Elephantiasis nostras verrucosa (ENV) is a rare and extreme complication of chronic non-filarial lymphedema. It can lead to severe disfiguration of body parts, especially the lower extremities, and is characterized by non-pitting edema and papulonodules with a verrucose or cobblestone-like appearance. We report 2 unusual gynaecological manifestations of Donovanosis in young tribal aborigines. The first patient presented for medical attention after haemorrhaging from a large pedunculated lesion arising from the left labium minus and majus.
