Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest mortality rate worldwide. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for approximately half of all lung cancer cases. Inhibin beta A (INHBA) is a ligand of the transforming growth factor-beta superfamily. This study aimed to analyze the function of INHBA in NSCLC resistance cells. Gene Expression Omnibus and The Cancer Genome Atlas databases were used to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in NSCLC resistance cells and patients. BACKGROUND: Activin A, the homodimer of the activin/inhibin betaA subunit, has been shown to participate in cutaneous wound healing. In this study we intended to determine its part in gastric ulceration.
