Three patients were evaluated for refractory digital ischemia. The first patient presented with chronic, post-traumatic, unremitting, cold, painful, right fourth and fifth fingers. Since 1981, 54 femoro-femoral crossover saphenous bypass (Palma-operation) were performed for chronic venous insufficiency caused by unilateral iliac vein occlusion.
