Fallopian tube obstruction is a common etiological factor contributing to female infertility. Interventional fallopian tube recanalization with ozone (FTRO) has emerged as a therapeutically efficacious treatment modality for resolving tubal obstructive infertility. BACKGROUND: Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (anti-NMDA-R) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (anti-GFAP) encephalitis are autoimmune conditions that can occur concurrently, often presenting with severe neurological symptoms. Coexistence of both antibodies has been associated with greater resistance to immunotherapy and a higher risk of underlying neoplasms, particularly teratomas, which are commonly linked to anti-NMDA-R encephalitis. Detecting such tumors is crucial, though standard imaging may fail to identify them, especially in atypical locations.

OBJECTIVE: To determine the survival outcomes and prognostic factors of the patients with recurrent platinumresistant and refractory epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), tubal, and peritoneal cancer.
METHODS: Women with recurrent platinum-resistant and refractory EOC, tubal and peritoneal cancer who received treatment at the HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center (MSMC) between January 2010 and December 2019 were included. Demographic data, serum marker, surgical factors, pathological factors and response of treatment were reviewed. Kaplan-Meier was used to calculate survival outcome.

OBJECTIVES: To estimate the maximally tolerated dose (MTD) and describe toxicities associated with lenvatinib and weekly paclitaxel in patients with recurrent endometrial and platinum resistant epithelial ovarian cancer.
METHODS: Using a 3 + 3 design patients were given weekly paclitaxel 80 mg/m2 IV day 1, 8, 15 and oral levantinib daily on a 28-day cycle. Lenvatinib dose levels were 8 mg, 12 mg, 16 mg, 20 mg. Toxicities were recorded using CTCAE v4.03 and response was determined with imaging after cycle 2, then every 3rd cycle, using RECIST 1.1 criteria.
