This report describes two cases of T-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (T-CLL) treated with purine nucleoside analogues. One patient had CD8+, CD3+ large granular lymphocytosis (LGL) producing transfusion-dependent anemia and was refractory to chemotherapy.
