In this breastmilk pharmacokinetic study of women undergoing hepatitis C virus treatment with sofosbuvir/velpatasvir, sofosbuvir, GS-331007 (sofosbuvir metabolite), and velpatasvir concentrations in breastmilk were 13%, 1.2%, and 41% of maternal plasma concentrations, respectively.
