The first consideration in the treatment of erythema multiforme is to search for and eliminate a possible underlying cause. Mild cases require little treatment. Severe forms of the disease must receive prompt, active therapeutic measures. We report a 18 years old female with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome under treatment with sodium valproate, carbamazepine and clonazepam. When seizures increased we stopped carbamazepine and introduced lamotrigine slowly. One month later the girl developed haemorrhagic erosions in mucoses and limbs with deterioration of her general state. Six cases of children between 20 months and 6 years old, who suffer Kawasaki disease are presented.
