In the first patient compression on the intrahepatic bile ducts and cystic duct by the cyst, caused cholangitis and cholecystitis. We attempted endoscopic approach and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) for the treatment of 54 patients with chronic pancreatitis.
