A 63-year-old man with erythema gyratum repens (EGR) was found to have an underlying squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. Neither radiation nor chemotherapy had any effect on the extensive eruption. EGR is the most distinctive of the figurate erythemas, and continues to be one of the most consistent cutaneous signs of an associated visceral malignancy.

Four cases of erythema chronicum migrans occurred within a one-month period in southeastern Connecticut. The syndrome may include advancing erythematous rash stemming from an apparent insect bite, hyperesthesias, myalgias, malaise, fever, lymphadenopathy, and, rarely, meningitis. Treatment with penicillin, the tetracycline, or, in our experience, erythromycin usually results in prompt resolution.

The histologic features of 51 cases of subepidermal bullous disease were evaluated and correlated with the clinical features including the course of the disease and the response to therapy. There was a good clinico-pathologic correlation, 46 out of 51 cases showing concordant clinical and histologic diagnoses. We conclude that although immunofluorescence is a confirmatory procedure histologic diagnosis is still of great value, particularly in the early stages of the disease when the clinical features may not yet have evolved sufficiently to allow for a confident diagnosis.

Enfortumab vedotin is a Nectin-4 directed antibody-drug conjugate approved in metastatic urothelial carcinoma following progression on a platinum-containing chemotherapy and immune checkpoint blockade. On-target dermatologic toxicity may occur from Nectin-4 expression in the skin. Cryptococcosis most commonly occurs in immunosuppressed patients. The pathogen is the yeast Cryptococcus neoformans. This article reports on the case of a 20-year-old female patient with acute myeloid leukemia who suddenly developed disseminated livid red papules and papulovesicles. The clinical picture and in particular the histopathology findings led to the diagnosis of cutaneous cryptococcosis, which was successfully treated with amphotericin B. For the differential diagnosis generalized herpes zoster, erythema exudativum multiforme and disseminated molluscum contagiosum must be considered.
