The Authors inform about the degree of infection in children, which are born in Görlitz in 1957 to 1959. This study aimed at finding out, which infections still called "Classical children's diseases" should be particularly considered in childhood at present. Targeted protein degradation (TPD) is a therapeutic strategy that utilizes small molecules to induce the proximity-driven degradation of disease-causing proteins. OBJECTIVE: To report three cases illustrating that it is not unusual for a primary eyelid tumour to metastasise to the parotid gland and vice versa.
CASE REPORTS: Two patients with malignant parotid tumours underwent radical parotidectomy and presented subsequently with eyelid lesions. Biopsy showed that both eyelid lesions were histologically similar to the primary parotid tumour. A third patient was noted to have ipsilateral upper eyelid and parotid gland tumours. Histology and immunocytochemistry were used to differentiate the primary tumour and the metastasis.

We performed chromosome analysis of 15 neuroblastomas found by mass screening using a vanillymandelic acid spot test. We found near triploid chromosome abnormalities, ranging from 60 to 77 chromosomes, in the tumor cells from 14 patients, and hyperdiploidy with the mode of 50 in cells from one.
