To assess the current impact of human CE in Sardinia (Italy) and to monitor the changes over time, a survey has been carried out for the period 2001-2005 using hospital inpatient discharge reports (HDR) as information source, supplementing data wherever possible with additional information retrieved directly from medical records. We compared the genomes of multiple domestic chicken breeds with red and white earlobes to identify the differentiated regions between groups of breeds differing in earlobe color. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Nine types of nutritional status by the combination of weight-for-length (<2 years)/body mass index (>2 years) and length/height-for-age with three categories (<-2, -2 to 2, and >2 SD) were described.
