RATIONALE & OBJECTIVE: The 4-variable kidney failure risk equation (KFRE) allows for the prediction of chronic kidney disease (CKD) progression using age, sex, estimated glomerular filtration rate, and urine albumin/creatinine ratio. Burnout in physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) remains a priority for health systems. Existing literature has often focused on physicians. The purpose of this study was to examine gender and role differences in well-being. A single health system conducted a cross-sectional survey evaluating well-being metrics. PURPOSE: Evidence supports obtaining MRI before prostate biopsy. Deliverables of MRI include improving prostate cancer detection through targeting of MRI lesions and reducing the total number of biopsies by eliminating the need for nontargeted biopsy. The actionable intelligence metric (AIM) and reduction metric (ReM) have been proposed to quantify these 2 deliverables; however, this work was performed in the transrectal biopsy setting.
