Myoclonus is a well-known side effect of anticonvulsant drugs. Pregabalin is one of the newer drugs approved for the treatment of focal epilepsies. Gabapentin (GBP) and pregabalin (PGB) are FDA approved for adjunctive treatment of partial seizures and for treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.
