Because of lacking intrinsic magnetism, developing efficient methods for the magnetism engineering in two-dimensional (2D) materials is necessary in order to make new spintronic materials. In this work, doping and codoping with transition metals (TMs = Mn and Fe) is proposed to modify the arsenene monolayer electronic and magnetic properties. The activity of albendazole and thiabendazole, two derivatives of benzimidazole, were tested in an experimental model of Strongyloides ratti infestation in the rat. Two series of seven consecutive daily negative parasitic plate cultures, separated by four weeks of steroid therapy, confirmed cure of the infestation. Both drugs were inactive against larvae in the tissue phase, but completely effective in the intestinal phase.

Here, we demonstrate that kinetic frustration in hole motion facilitates their coexistence within the square-lattice repulsive Hubbard model. We analyzed the volatile compounds produced by serotype D Clostridium botulinum (D-CB16) in trypticase peptone/yeast extract/glucose (TYG) medium using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Increased retention and selectivity in the subcritical fluid chromatography (SFC) of various amine compounds on polysaccharide chiral stationary phases (CSP) was observed upon incorporation of cyclic amines into the modifier. The separation of a mixture fat-soluble vitamin A, D, E by reversed-phase HPLC on elution with an isopropanol-water was studied. A procedure was developed for determining vitamin mixtures and was applied to the analysis of 9 multivitamin tablet. The vitamin was fully separated in 15 min using a short C18 column and UV detection at 280 nm. Different solvent were used for sample extraction. The recoveries were measured, and were higher than 95%. Experimental results proved that the three fat-soluble vitamin A, D, E all can be fully eluted by a solution of isopropanol-water in the ratio of 75%:25

This method describes the determination of propiomazine by direct injection of rat plasma into a chromatography system based on coupled reversed-phase columns. An extraction column, packed with porous silica particles with covalent-bound alpha1-acid glycoprotein (AGP), was used to separate the plasma proteins from the analyte. After isolation the analyte was transferred to the analytical column for separation and detection. Propiomazine was detected by an electrochemical detector and the limit of quantification was 2.0 ng/ml (100 pg injected). The absolute recovery was 80.9+/-2.4% at 9.0 ng/ml
