This report describes two dogs with high-grade multicentric B-cell lymphoma that relapsed 3 months after completing a 6-month-long chemotherapy regimen with L-asparaginase, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone (L-CHOP). Both were re-treated with L-CHOP, achieving complete remission (CR) before undergoing sequential half-body irradiation (HBI; 6 Gy per fraction to cranial and caudal body, 2 weeks apart). INTRODUCTION: Radial club hand is a rare congenital malformation with functional and aesthetic repercussions.
PRESENTATION OF CASE: We present the case of a 6-year-old boy with bilateral hand deformity, associated with hypoplasia of the thenar muscles and aplasia of the radius (Bayne stage IV). After bilateral ulnar radialisation, recovery was favorable, with stability of the hand axis and a fine grip allowing writing. At 18 months postoperatively, the child was able to integrate into school without assistance.

BACKGROUND: Juvenile ossifying fibroma (JOF) is a benign fibro-osseous lesion that can be locally aggressive. It is typically treated with surgical excision. A few cases using adjuvant radiotherapy have been reported in the literature.
METHODS: We report a case of JOF treated with surgical excision and adjuvant radiotherapy to minimize the risk of local recurrence. We also review the literature.
RESULTS: Our patient tolerated radiotherapy without complication and had not experienced a local recurrence at the time of writing this manuscript.

In this paper we report the effect of a combined transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and speech language therapy on linguistic deficits following left brain damage in a stroke case. Arteriovenous malformations are the most common cause of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhages in older children. Intracerebral hematoma can cause serious lasting neurologic, cognitive, and language deficits, or even possible death. We present the case of a 16-year-old boy who had language impairments after suffering a large hemorrhagic stroke in the left temporoparietal region.
