Penile metastasis from urothelial carcinoma is exceedingly rare (<1%) and typically indicates advanced disseminated disease. We report a 60-year-old male who underwent radical cystoprostatectomy for high-grade urothelial carcinoma (pT4aN1). A 70-year-old man presented with indurated penile ulcers of 1-month duration. Initial biopsy was reported as chronic ulcer. A repeat biopsy done due to inadequate response to doxycycline showed features of pyoderma gangrenosum. The ulcer healed with a course of steroids and has not recurred till date.

Primary syphilis is characterized by a solitary, painless, indurated ulcer (chancre) at the site of inoculation, with associated inguinal lymph nodes that are enlarged, rubbery, painless and discrete. We report a case of syphilis that presented with penile swelling associated with tender lymphadenopathy and review the literature concerning this unusual presentation of early syphilis.

INTRODUCTION: To date, several aspects of inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP) surgical procedure have been poorly studied.
AIM: The aim of this study was to review the evidence associated with IPP implantation and provide clinical recommendations on behalf of the European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM). Overall, 130 peer-reviewed studies and systematic reviews, which were published from 2007-2018 in the English language, were included.
METHODS: MEDLINE and EMBASE were searched for randomized clinical trials, meta-analyses, and open-label prospective and retrospective studies.

Male genital lichen sclerosus (LS) is a chronic inflammatory disorder with malignant potential, transforming into penile squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) in up to 30 % of cases. We report a 59-year-old man diagnosed with LS in 2008 after circumcision, without follow-up. Sixteen years later, he developed a suspicious induration of the balanopreputial sulcus. The authors report their experience of the surgical management of penis curvature in 26 patients. Eight patients had a congenital curvature due to an asymmetry of the corpus cavernosa and 18 patients had a secondary curvature (La Peyronie's disease : 17, traumatism : 1). The Nesbit procedure alone produces usual excellent results (84.6%). In Peyronie's disease with distal non-erection, a cavernous body prosthesis is recommended.

OBJECTIVE: • To report our experience in the management of residual curvature after implantation of a penile prosthesis in men with Peyronie's disease (PD).

Because it is a superficial structure, the penis is ideally suited to ultrasound imaging. A number of disease processes, including Peyronie's disease, penile fractures and penile tumours, are clearly visualized with ultrasound. An assessment of priapism can also be made using spectral Doppler waveform technology. Furthermore, dynamic assessment of cavernosal arterial changes after pharmaco-stimulation allows diagnosis of arterial and venogenic causes for impotence. This pictorial review illustrates the range of diseases encountered with ultrasound of the penis.
