Leydig cell tumors are rare ovarian steroid cell neoplasms. More than 75% of patients show signs of virilization due to overproduction of testosterone. We report a case of an 81-year-old woman with progressive signs of virilization, and presenting vaginal bleeding. Vaginal carcinoma is a rare condition. In this report, we describe a case of a poorly differentiated aggressive adenocarcinoma in a woman with a three month history of vaginal bleeding and a negative Pap smear done six months prior to her consultation. Specular examination showed a normal cervix, but there was a bleeding ulcer (2 cm in diameter) in the upper third of the vagina. Cervical cancer is one of the most common neoplasms in women. Usually, this cancer is only symptomatic in advanced stages and is associated with a poor prognosis. We present the case of a 34-year-old woman with localized cervical cancer at diagnosis treated with surgery in 2011. Six years later, she presented recurrent disease with vaginal, pelvic, and lung metastases. NTRK-rearranged spindle cell neoplasm is a rare subtype of soft tissue sarcoma that occasionally arises in the lower female genital tract. Accurate diagnosis is clinically important, as these tumors generally display low-grade malignant behavior and may respond to TRK inhibitor therapy. UNLABELLED: Vulvar hematomas, while typically occurring following vaginal delivery, are occasionally seen in the nonpregnant patient following perineal trauma. When these, as well as any vulvar mass, are discovered in a postmenopausal woman, concern regarding a neoplasm exists.
CASE: A 66-year-old woman was found to have a large vulvar mass which was initially believed to be a Bartholin duct cyst. At surgery a vulvar hematoma was found and evacuated. Subsequent biopsy was negative for malignancy.
CONCLUSION: Any vulvar mass discovered in a postmenopausal woman warrants meticulous evaluation

BACKGROUND: A variant of conjoined twins is one in which one twin is incomplete.
CASE: A female infant was born vaginally at 40 weeks' gestation to a healthy primipara. No important abnormalities were noted during prenatal examinations. The infant was fully developed in all external aspects except for a parasitic body conjoined with her sacrococcygeal region. Separated by operation 2 weeks after birth, the parasite contained lower limbs, adipose tissue, muscles, and a bowel sac. Over 4 years of observation, no abnormalities have been found since the operation.

An unusual case of simultaneous plasmacytomas of the vagina and vulva is presented along with a review of the literature on urogenital extramedullary plasmacytoma. The diagnosis in this case was obtained by vaginal cytological smear and later confirmed by histological examination of tumor biopsies. Of the four previously reported cases of malignant plasmacytoma of the vagina, one recurred locally and none was associated with metastases. In the case presented, local recurrence as well as multiple osseous metastases occurred.

Malignant mixed müllerian tumor is an uncommon gynecologic neoplasm, especially in the oviduct, where fewer than 30 have been described. We report two additional cases which clinically mimicked carcinoma of the oviduct.
