We report four cases in which cyclocryotherapy proceded Molteno implantation for refractory glaucoma. Three of the four cases were complicated by chronic postoperative hypotony, apparently resulting from overfiltration by the seton, even though a single-plate implant, with a limited filtration area, was used. The case notes of 1080 men with genital warts were analysed retrospectively over a 30-month period. One hundred and forty patients were identified with intrameatal warts and an audit of their treatment is discussed.
