Group C Streptococcus is a well recognised pathogen in acute pharyngitis and sinusitis. To our knowledge group c streptococcus has not been reported to cause orbital cellulitis or subperiosteal abscess. We wish to report a case of a child with orbital subperiosteal abscess caused by Group C streptococcus.

This case presentation demonstrates an innovative approach to root coverage that uses an enamel matrix derivative in conjunction with periosteal connective tissue grafting in a patient with multiple gingival facial recessions. A 22-year-old female patient presented for the resolution of aesthetic concerns associated with multiple gingival recessions for teeth #23(32) through #25(41). This technique achieved soft tissue coverage of the root surfaces and effectively improved the patient's aesthetic appearance. These satisfactory clinical results have been maintained for 12 months.

We studied the relationship between the subperiosteal bone collar and forty metaphyseal lesions in specimens obtained at autopsy from ten infants who died with evidence of abuse. The fracture specimens were studied with high-detail radiography and light microscopy. OBJECTIVES: To assess the spectrum of periprosthetic MRI findings after primary total hip arthroplasty (THA).
METHODS: This multi-center cohort study analyzed 31 asymptomatic patients (65.7 ± 12.7 years) and 27 symptomatic patients (62.3 ± 11.9 years) between 6 months and 2 years after THA. 1.5-T MRI was performed using Compressed Sensing SEMAC and high-bandwidth sequences. Several types of vascularized periosteal flaps have recently been described for the treatment or prevention of complex non-union in pediatric patients. The feasibility and possible effects of palatal soft-tissue expansion in palatal repair were studied. A prospective longitudinal animal experiment was performed in 75 growing cats assigned to 5 groups. In 31 cats, a midline defect was made, and bipediced flaps were raised at the age of 8 weeks (stimulated Langenbeck operation) in order to create palatal scars. BACKGROUND: Osteofibrous dysplasia-like adamantinoma (OFD-AD) and classic adamantinoma (AD) are rare, neoplastic diseases with only limited data supporting current treatment protocols.
