The aim of the study was to survey the current extension of the infected brown rats (Rattus norvegicus) living on the site Ripa Grande-San Michele port located in the center of the sity along the accessible right bank of the Tiber river by using a specific molecular technology. The effects of various levels of intraocular pressure on the morphology of the rabbit outflow system were investigated. In a total of 20 rabbits, intraocular pressure was maintained at various levels between 0-50 mmHg in the experimental eye and at 20 mmHg in the control eye for 1 hr. When the lateral pressure exerted by an inflated Endotracheal tube cuff on tracheal mucosa exceeds capillary perfusion pressure, patients may complain of cough, sore throat, and hoarseness in the postoperative period. The effect of some general and local anaesthetics on the calcium-induced luminescence of aequorin was studied in vitro using a photomultiplier tube and recording technique.
