Two groups of young men taking part in a 24-day training course involving increasingly severe exercise were studied. Serum myoglobin, creatine kinase, creatine kinase-MB, transaminases, lactate dehydrogenase, urea, creatinine, calcium and uric acid were estimated at intervals.
