Peyronie's disease (PD) is marked by severe penile curved deformity and/or abnormal sexual function. OBJECTIVE: To assess the effect of corporoplasty with autologous tunica vaginalis graft in the treatment of Peyronie's disease.
METHODS: Ten patients with Peyronie's disease underwent plaque excision and corporoplasty with autologous tunica vaginalis graft. We obtained and compared IIEF-5 scores of the patients before and at 1 and 5 years after operation.

BACKGROUND: The use of plaque incision and graft techniques (PIG) for the treatment of severe Peyronie's disease (PD), may lead to erectile dysfunction (ED); graft size is 1 of the contributing factors for post-PIG ED. Recently the iGrafter software APP was introduced using a mathematical algorithm to distribute the incisions along the penile length resulting in a smaller grafting area.
