This prospective cohort study reports our initial experience with laparoscopic surgery in ectopic pregnancy performed exclusively through an umbilical incision using a single 3-channel port. Since September 2009, we have performed single-port laparoscopic surgery in 11 patients with ectopic pregnancy.
