INTRODUCTION/AIMS: Though studies of Veterans with ALS have reported survival rates, scant literature reports longitudinal symptom progression in Veterans using the ALS Functional Rating Scale-revised (ALSFRS-R). Veterans experiencing homelessness have elevated rates of traumatic brain injury (TBI) diagnoses. There remains limited research on subsets of homeless Veterans, including Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (NHPI) Veterans.
