A 44-year-old female teacher with partial third (oculomotor) nerve palsy had a small central field of binocular single vision (BSV) following three strabismus procedures. Over several years her field of BSV constricted further, coincident with the development of myopia in one eye secondary to early lens change and in the presence of significant astigmatism.
