OBJECTIVE: To clarify clinical and morphological features and immunophenotype of T lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukaemia (T-LBL/ALL) and to further improve the knowledge and diagnostic accuracy for T-ALL/LBL.
METHODS: 128 cases of T-LBL/ALL were analyzed for the clinical features, morphology, immunophenotype and TCR gene rearrangement using routine eosin and haematoxylin stain, immunohistochemistry and polymerase chain reaction combining with the clinical findings.

Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare, immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease presenting with painful ulcers having undermined edges. Less commonly, bullous and vegetative variants exist. Sigilmassasaurus brevicollis is an enigmatic theropod dinosaur from the early Late Cretaceous (Cenomanian) of Morocco, originally based on a few isolated cervical vertebrae. Ever since its original description, both its taxonomic validity and systematic affinities were contentious. Originally considered to represent its own family, Sigilmassasauridae, the genus has variously been suggested to represent a carcharodontosaurid, an ornithischian, and, more recently, a spinosaurid. We assessed the chimerism of CD34+ bone marrow cells before donor leukocyte infusion (DLI) on nine occasions in seven patients with leukemic relapse after allogeneic marrow transplantation.
