Glecaprevir (formerly ABT-493) is a novel hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS3/4A protease inhibitor (PI) with pangenotypic activity. BACKGROUND: CNS inflammation resulting from infection, injury, or neurodegeneration leads to accumulation of diverse B cell subsets.
