Prosthetic valve endocarditis (PVE) is a serious complication with potential fatal consequences, classified as early or late PVE, depending on whether typical symptoms occur within or later than 12 months from surgery. Herein, we report an unusual case of a 19-year-old kidney recipient with necrotizing pyelitis due to C urealyticum in the absence of mucosal encrustation or calculi. We report the first known case of native valve endocarditis due to Corynebacterium striatum and review 51 previously reported cases of native valve endocarditis due to non-diphtheriae corynebacteria. Diabetic scleredema adultorum is a rare connective tissue disorder characterized by scleroderma-like changes, usually affecting the skin of the neck, shoulders, and upper back in diabetics. Corynebacterium bovis is primarily known for causing mastitis in cows. C. bovis infection in humans is quite rare with only 11 cases reported in the United States and 26 globally. A 69-year-old female presented with a left lower eyelid abscess following removal of a retained suture after bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty. Corynebacterium bovis is principally a zoonotic pathogen and a causative agent of bovine mastitis. To date, there are only 20 documented cases of C. bovis infection in humans in the literature, and only 6 have involved the eye or adnexal structures.
