The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the apical seal obtained with four root canal sealers: Rocanal 2, Sealapex, AH Plus, and RC Sealer. Forty-four teeth in 38 patients, diagnosed with chronic apical periodontitis, were endodontically treated. Root canals were shaped using a step-back technique with 5% NaOCl and 3% H2O2 as irrigants.
