We report a case of a rare congenital teratoma that developed in a lipoma attached to a remnant human tail. Paget's disease of bone affects a significant percentage of adult and elderly patients. Although generally asymptomatic, the inflammatory changes and hypervascularity of the affected bone is prone to pathologic fracture and resultant hemorrhage. The posterior approach to the low and mid-rectum is a good and anatomical way to treat high fistulas' problems, perirectal tumors and villous adenoma. It is also possible to treat by this method some rectal adenocarcinomas in special situations and in high-risk patients. A good evaluation of the disease if possible by rectal endosonography, has to be done. Coccygectomy is necessary but the transsphincteric route is not mandatory and has never been used here. 9 cases are reported with relatively good results.

This is a case report of a rare malformation in a calf: duplicitas posterior incompleta in combination with multiple malformations (diphallia, polymelia, polydactylism, lack of the bony floor of the pelvis, asymmetrical pelvis, asymmetrical sacral and coccygeal vertebrae, unilateral hypoplasia of the kidneys).
