Sclerosing lymphangitis is a rare penile lesion characterized by a cord-like, firm swelling at the penile coronal sulcus. It affects males between the ages of 30 and 40 and usually resolves spontaneously. Due to the rarity of this condition, we decided to report this case. Herein, we present a case of a 35-year-old male that was evaluated for a painless, cord-like, penile lesion that enlarges during erection, characteristic of sclerosing lymphangitis.

We present a case of corpus cavernosum hematoma mimicking priapism. A 42-year-old man presented to the emergency room with penile pain and partial erection. Examination revealed partial erection and palpable space-occupying lesion of the corpus cavernosum without lymphadenopathy. Malignant workup was negative. Imaging assisted in diagnosis of unilateral hematoma of the corpus cavernosum. The lesion spontaneously resolved without the need for intervention.

Penile strangulation by penile constriction devices present uncommonly but require urgent intervention to minimize risk of penile injuries. Non-invasive methods can be attempted and have been proven successful in previous case reports. Surgical intervention with use of cutting tools should be considered if non-invasive means fail. We present a case of penile strangulation by a metal hex nut with successful removal using a Stryker diamond disc cutter. Despite residual scarring with retracted prepuce, the patient could void well and had normal erection on follow up at 1 month and 6 months.

INTRODUCTION: Penile drop is a condition where the erect penis is pointing downward. It can either be congenital or posttraumatic. Congenital cases can be attributed to either a defective penile suspensory ligament (PSL) or severe congenital curvature, with the point of maximum curvature proximal, at the base of the penis, concealed within the pubic fat (proximal penile curvature [PPC]). It is important to diagnose the underlying abnormality and choose the surgical approach accordingly, considering that surgical correction of PSL defects results in shortening that can be avoided in PPC cases.
