INTRODUCTION: Paradoxical reaction refers to deterioration of the original tuberculosis lesions or emergence of new infiltrative lesions during anti-tuberculosis treatment. Posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLD) are related to Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and range from lymphoid hyperplasias to lymphomas.
