We describe an unusual case of trichilemmal carcinoma accompanied by a large horn formation in a 79-year-old man who presented with a brown tumor mass including a 15-cm-long horn on the vertex for one and a half years. Two months after the surgical removal of the primary tumor, the tumor recurred with a dimension 10x8x8 cm. The tumor was then excised again and the wound was covered using skin from the patient's back. Microscopically, the tumor showed histology consistent with trichilem¬mal carcinoma. This report presents a case of a 65-year-old male suffering from a penile cutaneous horn. This lesion is usually seen in sun-exposed areas and its occurrence on the penis is rare. One-third of cases of penile horns are associated with underlying malignancies. Standard treatment is electrosurgical excision with removal of a broad base.

In this report, we describe a case of endometrial carcinoma arising in one horn of a bicornuate uterus. The diagnosis of this rare combination can be missed unless an unrecognized postmenopausal bleeding alerts the gynecologist to make a careful search for both endometrial cavities that may be curetted. Physicians should remember the possible existence of a separate uterine cavity when endometrial cancer is clinically suspected but histology fails to confirm the diagnosis.

BACKGROUND: To report a placenta percreta in a 7-week gestational rudimentary noncommunicating uterine horn pregnancy.
METHODS: A 28-year-old woman with no complaints presented with a rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy at 7-weeks gestation. The diagnosis was suspected by ultrasonography and diagnosed by laparoscopy. Cow horn eye injuries are not common but are devastating causes of uniocular blindness amongst young active population. Early and appropriate intervention can save the life of the patient depending on the severity of the injury. OBJECT: Knowledge of normal variations in ventricular morphological features is important in endoscopic neurosurgery. Classically, two elevations are described on the medial wall of the occipital horn of the lateral ventricle: an upper bulb and a lower calcar avis. The purpose of this study was to investigate the ultrastructure of saiga-antelope (Saiga tatarica) horn for proposing the mechanism of the initial mineralization. A 21-year-old-woman had a double uterus with noncommunicating right uterine horn and communicating left uterine horn. The pelvic cavity showed evidence of endometriosis and adhesions from previous laparotomy. A finger was inserted under laparoscopic observation without gas leakage through an iris access port in the lower abdominal wall, which required only a small incision.
