Hypertrichosis lanuginosa (without gingival hyperplasia) is described in a mother and son; the latter also had photophobia, infantile genitalia, growth retardation, hypotension, low IQ and dental abnormalities (hyperdontia, permanence of deciduous and delayed eruption of permanent teeth).
