INTRODUCTION: The cosmetic outcome of surgical scars plays an important role in overall patient satisfaction, particularly in minimally invasive procedures. Various skin closure techniques, including sutures and cyanoacrylate-based tissue adhesives, are used to optimise efficiency, patient comfort and aesthetic outcomes.
