PURPOSE: This study aimed to determine whether a tablet's correlated color temperature (CCT) setting affects ocular and visual function in myopic children.
METHODS: A total of 24 myopic children participated in this study. They were asked to watch a 30-min video at a distance of 33 cm on tablets with low (2800 K) and high CCT (8500 K) settings, in a random order on two different days.
