The study of clinical entities followed by postoperative flat anterior chamber and their therapeutical possibilities. We retrospectively analyzed long-term effects of trabeculotomy combined with sinusotomy. We reviewed 29 eyes with primary open angle glaucoma and 6 eyes with psuedexfoliation glaucoma. The preoperative intraocular pressure was equal to or over 21 mmHg. All cases had been subjected to initial trabeculotomy combined with sinusotomy. The had been followed up for at least 3 years after surgery. The mean age was 57.8 years and the mean follow-up period was 40.5 months. Of 34 consecutive patients with chronic glaucoma seen in north-east Ghana, 22 (65%) were male and seven (21%) were aged under 40 years. Only 17% of eyes had a visual acuity better than 6/18 at presentation. METHODS: Observational case report of a 4-week-old patient with congenital ocular HSV infection over the course of 6-year follow-up.

To provide insight into the clinical anatomy of Tenon's capsule and to describe a technique to manage sclerocorneal defects using autologous Tenon's tissue. A thin layer of Tenon's capsule harvested from the patient's own eye is used to seal the defect and act as a scaffold. The Tenon's flap is spread over the defect and held in place by Vicryl sutures.
