A sensitive and selective method was developed and validated to detect six volatile nitrosamines (N-nitrosodimethylamine, N-nitrosomethylethylamine, N-nitrosodiethylamine, N-nitrosopiperidine, N-nitrosopyrrolidine and N-nitrosomorpholine) in human urine. The dynamics of the concentrations of chemicals under study during the annual cycle is shown. After weanling rats were put on a riboflavin-deficient diet, the development of the deficiency was monitored by the growth rate and the erythrocyte glutathione reductase activation coefficient.
