AIM: There are currently limited lipidomics data for human umbilical cord blood. Therefore, the lipidomes of cord sera from six newborns and sera from six nonpregnant females were compared.

At a surfactant concentration of 10 mM, a peak effect on protein release was noted with sodium decyl sulfate (C10). The photochemical conversion of SO2 to sulfates on 4-(benzoyl) benzoic acid (4-BBA) was investigated deeply in the presence of anionic and cationic surfactants. OBJECTIVE: To examine how age and sex influence chondroitin sulfates (CS) in normal synovial fluid, we measured the concentrations of chondroitin 6-sulfate (C6S), chondroitin 4-sulfate (C4S), and hyaluronic acid (HA) in healthy subjects of different ages.
