Coronary cameral fistula is a rare congenital anomaly and clinical presentation depends on the location of the defect, degree of shunting, and associated complications. We present a case of coronary cameral fistula where segmental analysis by echocardiogram helped us to avoid misdiagnosis as a ventricular septal defect.

Pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum has been described extensively, and it is recognized that associated abnormalities of the coronary arteries may cause ischemia. We describe a fetus, diagnosed antenatally as having pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum and severe hypoplasia of the right ventricle, who developed severe left ventricular dysfunction. We hypothesize that this is due to reduced coronary blood flow because of falling right ventricular volume in the presence of complete right ventricular coronary arterial dependence.

We discussed the left ventricular deformity in atrial septal defect (ASD) using two-dimensional echocardiography and elucidated the mechanism responsible for the production of mitral valve prolapse (MVP) associated with ASD. In the present case report, we describe a malformation consisting of a double-outlet right ventricle with an intact ventricular septum diagnosed in a 3-day-old female newborn. An infant with double-outlet right ventricle (DORV) with intact ventricular septum (VS) is described. Hypoplastic left ventricle and mitral valve atresia were also associated. Penetrating cardiac trauma is typically life-threatening and often requires urgent surgical intervention. Penetrating injury can cause damage in more than 1 cardiac structure that may be difficult to identify at the initial urgent operation.
